Presentation of petition to County Councillors at Briefing Meeting

We will be meeting outside Arad Goch at 9.30am to lobby councillors as they enter the briefing as the public are not permitted to attend the briefing itself (see below).
From Ceredigion County Council:
“The event to be held on 9 April 2009, at Aberystwyth, is an opportunity
for Ceredigion County Council officers to brief local County
Councillors from north Ceredigion on the views and comments gathered
from recent consultation meetings in regard to proposals for
developments within Aberystwyth’s town centre. It is customary practice
for County Councillors to receive briefings and to be kept informed
by the County Council’s officers. The event is not a formal meeting to
conduct County Council business and there are to be no decisions or
recommendations resulting from it. Events involving officer briefings to
County Councillors are not open to the public or to the press.”
