CADW CALON ABERYSTWYTH – ‘Save Aberystwyth’s Heart’ are campaigning for sensitive and sympathetic redevelopment in the centre of the Welsh coastal town of Aberystwyth. Following revelations that Ceredigion County Council was considering the use of Compulsory Purchase Orders to facilitate the building of a large retail development,  the group have worked tirelessly to raise public awareness of the new and as yet publicly unconsulted plans, and to challenge the council’s actions.
